Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini yoga is a physical, psychological and spiritual discipline rooted in ancient Indian traditions, designed to awaken the dormant energy within each individual. This practice integrates physical postures (asanas), breath control (pranayama), meditation, hand positioning (mudras) and the chanting of mantras to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit. Kundalini, often referred to as the "yoga of awareness," seeks to unlock the coiled energy (Kundalini) at the base of the spine, allowing it to rise through the chakras, or energy centers, leading to spiritual enlightenment and greater self-awareness.
