Hi I’m Steph, a qualified therapist with over 22 years’ of experience in care, mental health, and wellbeing, I have a genuine passion for supporting people through life’s ups and downs.
My own journey has included plenty of growth and learning. Having experienced the benefits of therapy firsthand, it’s a real privilege to now walk alongside others as they navigate their own paths of healing, growth, and transformation.
My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and inclusive. I understand that our personal struggles don’t happen in isolation – they’re shaped by the world around us. Whether you’re dealing with stress, uncertainty, big emotions, or just a sense of being stuck, I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore whatever’s on your mind.
When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll find me outdoors in nature, listening to audiobooks, doing yoga, exploring breathwork, enjoying music and always with a matcha or Rooibos tea in hand!
I am registered with UKCP and work in line with their ethical standards, and am currently working towards full accreditation. I also engage in regular clinical supervision to ensure my practice stays grounded, safe, and effective.
To help make therapy more accessible, I offer a sliding scale between £40 and £60, depending on your financial circumstances. If you’re in a position to pay more, it helps me keep spaces open for those who need lower-cost support. The therapy room is bright, airy, and private, with a calming vibe. Abundant houseplants, leafy wallpaper, and comfy reclining armchairs create a soothing, welcoming atmosphere that helps you relax and unwind.
