Therapy is a safe, supportive space where you and I work together to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. It can help you understand yourself more deeply, move through challenges, and develop healthier ways of coping.
Here’s how it works with me:
You talk, and I listen with care and without judgment. We’ll look at what’s going on in your life - past or present - and how it’s affecting you.
You set the pace. Therapy can be short-term or open-ended, depending on what feels right for you.
We work together. I won’t tell you what to do, but I’ll support you in gaining insight, finding clarity, and exploring your own path forward.
It’s completely tailored to you. I use a flexible, integrative approach, adapting the way I work to suit your individual needs.
Above all, therapy is a space for you to feel heard, supported, and understood - and to make meaningful changes, one step at a time.

You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Many people seek support simply because they want to feel better, understand themselves more, or navigate a difficult situation.
You might consider therapy if:
You’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, low, or stuck
You’re struggling with relationships, work, or self-esteem
You’ve experienced a loss, trauma, or major life change
You find it hard to cope or make sense of your thoughts and emotions
You want a safe, non-judgmental space to talk and be heard
Ultimately, if you're wondering whether therapy could help, it's often a sign that it’s worth exploring. Therapy can support your wellbeing and help you move forward - whether your challenges feel big or small. You can also try it out for afew sessions and see if you think it’s right for you

The length of therapy varies from person to person and depends on your unique goals, needs, and circumstances. Some people notice positive changes after just a few sessions, while others may choose to engage in therapy for several months or longer to explore deeper issues.
Therapy is a process, and progress often happens gradually. It’s important to be patient with yourself as you work through challenges and build new ways of thinking and coping.
Together, we’ll regularly review how you’re feeling and what’s working, so the pace and length of therapy are tailored to you.

Yes, what you share in therapy is kept strictly confidential. I will provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can speak openly.
However, there are a few legal and ethical exceptions to confidentiality, which I will explain before you begin. These typically include situations where:
You may be at serious risk of harming yourself or someone else.
There is a concern about abuse or harm to a child or vulnerable adult.
A court of law requires disclosure.
Outside of these rare exceptions, your privacy is fully respected. If anything needs to be shared, it will always be discussed with you first whenever possible.

Yes, absolutely. I offer both in-person sessions in High Wycombe and online therapy, so you can choose what works best for you.
If you ever need to switch between online and in-person - whether it's due to schedule changes, travel, or how you're feeling - that’s completely fine.
Flexibility is really important, and we can adapt things to suit your needs as they change. Just let me know what works best for you, and we’ll take it from there.

That’s completely okay - and it’s more common than you might think.
Starting therapy can feel daunting, especially if you’re not used to talking about your feelings or if you’re not quite sure where to begin. There’s no pressure to open up straight away or have everything figured out.
We’ll go at your pace. If you’re feeling unsure, we can take things slowly. I’ll help guide the conversation and create a space where, so, over time, it will feel safer and easier to share.
Even if all you can say is, “I don’t know what to say,” that’s a perfectly good place to start.
Therapy is about meeting you where you are—not where you think you should be.

I offer therapy on a sliding scale, which means the fee is based on your income to help make sessions more accessible.
The sliding scale is between £40 and £60.
The exact fee is based on your current salary and personal circumstances.
This approach is designed to make therapy more affordable while still reflecting the time, care, and professional support involved. If you’re in a position to pay more, it helps me keep spaces open for those who need lower-cost support. If you're unsure where you might fall on the scale, I'm happy to discuss it with you – no pressure or judgment.
The goal is to find a fee that feels manageable for you
